Senior Electrical Engineer- Norway 

To €100,000 DOE + Competitive Package + Accommodation + Flights    

We are assisting one of the leading Design and Build Contractor operating in key sectors specialising in innovative, high-quality, and efficient building solutions. Due to continued growth, we are now in need of an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer. As Senior Electrical Engineer you will lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems across various projects, this role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, hands-on experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.      

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:        

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, specifications, drawings, budgets, and quality standards. 

• Work closely with business unit leaders, clients, architects, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within overall project designs. 

• Preparation and coordination of drawings covering all electrical installations ensuring alignment to project specifications & standard. 

• Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of electrical systems. 

• Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including design specifications, technical reports/submittals, and project updates. 

• Ensure all electrical engineering activities and equipment validation comply with relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards. 

• Participate in meetings as needed and contribute to the best of your knowledge. 

• Prepare detailed technical documentation ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.  

• Degree/qualifications in Electrical Engineering. 

• 10+ years of experience as Senior Electrical Engineer within construction/engineering with significant data centre, LV, MV, and HV background.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.  

• Strong technical knowledge and application of European/UK codes and standards.  

• Proficient in Electrical Engineering software & tools such as MS Word & Excel.  

• Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
